摘要
环氧氯丙烷滴加到35%的稀硝酸中,于20℃左右进行开环反应,然后用氢氧化钠溶液进行关环反应,得到缩水甘油硝酸酯,得率为60%。用FTIR,1HNMR,13CNMR和元素分析对产物进行了结构表征。
A mild, low cost synthetic method of glycidyl nitrate is developed via so called one-pot procedure. Epichlorohydrin added dropwise to the dilute nitric acid (35wt%) resulted in ring-opening reaction at about 20℃, Ring-closing occurred then by the addition of aqueous sodium hydroxide. Glycidyl nitrate was obtained in moderate yield (60%) and its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, hydrogen and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis.
