摘要
目的探讨前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁病人选择理想的尿袋接尿，以减少局部并发症及护理工作量。方法对TURP后尿失禁的126例男性病人，分为三组，分别使用三种不同的尿袋，每天观察病人的局部皮肤改变、漏尿、脱落情况，对观察资料进行灰色关联度和t检验统计分析。结果使用改进后的新型尿袋皮肤改变率最低、保鲜膜袋较高、避孕套式尿袋最高；溢（漏）尿率最低为避孕套式尿袋和新型尿袋，保鲜膜袋较高；尿袋脱落率为新型尿袋最低、保鲜膜袋较高、避孕套式尿袋最高。结论新型尿袋有助于促进经尿道前列腺电切术后的男性尿失禁病人的早日康复、缩短病人的平均住院日和增加病人对护理工作满意度。
Objective To compare three urine bags for postoperative urinary incontinence of postoperative transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） in order to reduce post-operative complications and nursing workloads. Methods 126 male patients with postoperative urinary incontinence of TURP were randomly divided into three groups, and each group received one of 3 types of urine bags. Local skin change, urine leak, and bag falling off were observed. Data were analyzed with grey relation and t test. Results The skin change and the falling off rates were the lowest in the new-type urine bag and highest in the condom-type bag. The urine leak rate was lower in both new-type and condom-type bags, and higher in the fresh-keeping bag. Conclusions The new-type urine bag promotes patients＇ recovery after TURP by shortening the hospital stay and decreasing the nursing workload.
