摘要
目的 探讨大剂量冲击放射治疗对晚期肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征的疗效及护理。方法 32例患者先行大剂量冲击照射治疗，每野300～500CGy／次，连续3．5次，后改常规剂量照射，同时辅以心理指导、呼吸道管理、输液及皮肤护理等。结果 晚期肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征的患者症状缓解率达100％。结论 大剂量冲击放射治疗是晚期肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合征的有效治疗手段，正确的护理措施是提高疗效、减少不良反应的有利保证。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and care measures of high - dose radiation therapy on cancer patients with superior vena cava syndrome （SVCS）. Methods 32 patients were treated with high - dose radiation, 300 - 500 CGy every time for 3 ～ 5 times, and then treated with routine - dose radiation under psychological instruction, supervising nurse of respiratory tract, transfuse and cutis nursing. Resuits The symptom remission rate of advanced cancer patients with SVCS reached to 100%. Conclusion High- dose radiation therapy with intensive care is an effective therapy for advanced cancer patients with SVCS. Correct nursing is a favorable assurance for improving curatice effect and reduce the adverse reaction.
