摘要
从教育的目的和方法来看,法律教育和思想政治教育有着各自的差异和不足,又存在着互补性,深入探究其内在规律,努力实现法律教育和思想政治教育在功能上的互补,这对于全面提高素质教育的实效性有着极为现实的意义。
Beginning with the defintion of law education and ideological political education,the author deeply researchs on their relationship with their education purpose , education method , education deficiency in the thesis. Then the author indicates the mutuality of law education and ideological political education on function,and makes a sample to point out how to let them integrate.
