摘要
通过对家族企业基本特征及其瓶颈制约因素的描述,分析了中国家族企业的现状,提出了解决制约家族企业成长瓶颈的对策。
The ratio of private enterprises is getting higher and higher among the Chinese enterprises. Most of them are family enterprises. They have their advantages in the early stage. But with the developmenat,more and more problems are disclosed. The paper, by describing the basic features of the family enterprises and bottle-neck factors,analyzes the state of the family enterprises in China and put forward the corresponding countermeasares.
