摘要
介绍一种回收富含硫铵化工废水制备硫酸钾肥的方法.对反应介质及温度等条件进行了研究,确定了以氯化钾为原料,以甲醇为助剂的工艺流程。硫铵转化完全,K2O收率在95%以上,无“三废”排放。
The synthesis process of potassium sulfate with ammonium sulfate recovered from industrial waste and potassium chloride method was studied. The organic reagent, methanol, could raise the yield and effectively improve the quality of potassium sulfate. The influence factors were also investigated. The process condition was determined, and the yield of potassium oxidate was up to 95 %.
