摘要
目的:总结全膀胱切除可控膀胱术的护理经验.方法:对26例手术患者进行回顾性分析.结果:本组26例患者术后恢复良好,无并发症,能自行插管排尿,贮尿囊容量300～600ml不等.结论:术前给予患者心理疏导,良好的肠道准备,术后严密观察病情变化,定期冲洗贮尿囊,做好引流管道的护理及自我护理指导,可减少并发症,增强患者对手术的心理和生理的顺应性.
Objective：To summarize nursing care experience of controllable bladdler following total cystectomy. Method： The clinical data of 26 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Result：26 patients all recoveried well with no complication , and they could insert catheter to pass water by themselves. Their allantois volumes were different from 300 to 600 ml. Conchlsion：Psychological dredging for patients before operation, good preparation for intestinal tract , observing chang of patients＇s condition closely after operation , washing allantuis regularly , good nursing care for draining tract and instruction for self nursing could decrease complication and strengthen patients compliance to operation in psychology and physiology.
