摘要
目的探讨妊娠急性脂肪肝的临床诊断、治疗及预后。方法对1999-2003年我院5例妊娠急性脂肪肝患者的临床表现、实验室检查、妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果5例患者中的3例为双胎妊娠,母亲均死亡,胎儿存活。2例单胎妊娠母儿均存活,肝功能恢复正常。结论早期诊断、对症治疗及尽早终止妊娠有望提高妊娠急性脂肪肝的母儿生存率。
Objective To discuss clinical diagnosis, management, and prognosis of acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Methods Five cases with acute fatty liver of pregnancy at our hospital from 1999 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively on clinical feature, laboratory examination, and pregnancy outcomes. Results There were three cases of maternal deaths with twin pregnancy and no neonatal deaths. Two patients recovered with normal liver function index. Conclusion Early diagnosis, the right remedy and proper delivery may hopefully increase the survival rate of mater and neonate.
