卡托普利和咪达普利对临床1型糖尿病患者肾脏保护作用的对照观察

摘要 糖尿病肾病已成为糖尿病终末期最严重的并发症之一,日本1998年进行血液透析的30051例患者中,糖尿病肾病患者有10729例(35.7%)[1].糖尿病肾病发病机制复杂,目前临床尚无特效治疗方法.近年已有研究证明通过治疗高血压可改善肾功能的进行性下降[2,3].在所有降压药中,血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂[4,5](ACEI)卡托普利和咪达普利,可有效降低已有蛋白尿的1型糖尿病患者血清肌酐水平升高的危险性[6～8],可有效减缓糖尿病肾病进展.本文对45例1例糖尿病患者临床使用卡托普利和咪达普利治疗进行对照观察,报告如下.
