肝细胞微囊化技术及其在生物型人工肝中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 生物型人工肝的推广应用受限于缺乏足够数量的具有高度活性和良好功能的肝细胞。肝细胞微囊化为肝细胞大规模、高活性体外培养及长期冻存提供了一种可靠方法。微囊具有良好的生物相容性和合适的半透性,能保证肝细胞在微囊内长期存活,并维持正常的生理功能。本文就肝细胞微囊化技术及其在生物型人工肝的应用进展进行综述。
