摘要
目的观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法对35例COPD患者进行双水平(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗,观察治疗前后血气及症状体征的变化。结果治疗后31例患者PaO2、SaO2、pH升高,R、HR、PaCO2、HCO3下降,患者症状改善。4例病人治疗无效改为有创通气。结论无创通气对大部分COPD合并呼吸衰竭的病人有效,但需选择合适的适应症,必要时及时改用有创通气。
Objective To evaluate the application of noninvasive ventilation to treat COPD patients. Methods 35 cases of COFD were selected through blood-gas analysis as the subjects. Besides standard treatments the subjects were treated with noninvasive ventilation. At the same time, the values of breath rate, plama pH, PaO2, PaCO2, HCO3 were tested before and after noninvasive ventilation. Results All the indexes of the blood-gas changed remarkably after performing noninvasive ventilation treatment. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation treatment is definitely valuable for COPD patients respiratory failure. But if the patient＇s condition fails to improved, intabution and mechnical ventilation is indicated.
