摘要
本文对２０例原发不育症的睾丸进行超微结构及甲苯胺蓝组化研究。结果认为，不育症的睾丸曲细精管界膜中均有较多肥大细胞，它们对界膜可能是一种刺激性损伤因素，而导致界膜增生变厚。
Electron microscopical and histochemical studies of testes in 20 cases of primary infertilitywere presented. The results showed that there was an excess of mastocytes in the limiting membrane ofthe testes, which rnay exert an injurious stimulating effect on it resulting in its proliferation and thickening.
