介绍了祁南煤矿71煤层因与突出煤层72煤层间距太近,无法单独开采的情况下,是如何通过综采72煤层,放顶开采非突出煤层71煤层及71煤层与72煤层间夹矸,采用综合瓦斯防治技术,实现安全高效开采的。
