摘要
某新建结构距离原动力厂房较近,在基础开挖过程中导致相邻厂房山墙开裂,为保证施工安全及原厂房的正常使用而采取了钻孔压浆桩的加固方法。扼要介绍了工程概况、具体改造设计思路及钻孔压浆桩的施工工艺及技术要点,可供同类工程加固改造时参考。
As construction of foundation of newly-building structure makes walls its neighbor factory crack, drilling grouting piles used in reinforcement of some building, Building general, design idea of remodeling, and constructed technology of drilling grouting piles are introduced. It can be served as reference of reinforcement and remodeling of the same project.
