摘要
通过对传统体育教学体系的改革实践,探索并提出符合时代要求的体育教学方法,以达到更好地实施素质教育的目的.
This paper discusses the physical teaching method fitting the times request, based on the reform and practice of the traditional system of the physical teaching, so as to to achieve the aim of carrying out the quality education.
