摘要
研究了低电压电磁铆接贮能放电次数与铆钉头部形变量的关系;论述了增加放电次数并不能有效地增加铆钉头部形变量;通过合理地选择电容、电压等工艺参数,一次充放电可以达到铆接效果,精确控制铆接质量;论证了低电压电磁铆接适合对复合材料的连接;通过拉脱试验证明,低电压电磁铆接强度明显高于锤铆强度。
This paper studied relation between on-off electricity times of the low electric voltage electromagnetism rivet joint and rivet head form. Increasing on-off electricity times and can not increase availably the rivet head form. Selecting the electric capacity, electric voltage etc. processing parameter reasonablys, turn on electricity once can attain rivet joint result, and then can be accurate to control the rivet joint quality. The low electric voltage electromagnetism rivet joint is suitable to connect somposite materials. Experimental results show that low electric voltage electromagnetism rivet joint strength is obvious higher than that of the strength of hammer rivet.
