东部地区发展的经验教训告诉我们西部开发必须发展教育,加快人才培养步伐,制定优惠的人才政策;追赶知识经济浪潮,实现跨越式发展,保障西部开发顺利实施。
The experiences and lessons we gain from eastern development have enlightened us that we should develop the education in the western development,accelerate the trace of talent training and create policies favorable to talents; to keep update with the intelligent economic trends, realize the leaping development so as to ensure the smooth compliment of the western develpment
