摘要
高校校报因其自身特点形成的局限,加之管理体制、运作机制等因素的制约,优势旁落,发展动力不足。因此,高校校报必须适应新形势的需要,明确定位,拓展功能,在编辑策划以及报道的内容、形式、手段上开拓创新。
Because of its limit in itstif, and the influences of the management system, operating system, etc, it has few advantages ,and developing motive for the high school papers. Therefore, the high school papers should adjust to the demand of the new times , affirm its Localization, develop its function, in order to innovate from the aspects of the edition, reporting content, forms and methods.
