脉冲中子伽马能谱测井中探测器响应的数值模拟研究 被引量:8

摘要 脉冲中子伽马能谱测井利用闪烁探测器测量伽马射线,由C/O建立饱和度的测井响应。为了能够合理选择探测器,利用蒙特卡罗法(MCNP)分别模拟快中子与水和油产生的伽马射线在NaI、GSO、BGO、CsI、LSO、BaF2、LaCl3、YAP等8种不同探测器的响应,分别对其探测效率、光电峰和逃逸峰的贡献作了比较;研究了饱含水和饱含油砂岩地层的C/O的测井响应的差别,为生产脉冲中子伽马能谱测井仪器以及能谱处理方法提供理论依据。 Pulsed Neutron Gamma Spectroscopy Logging is an effective method to distinguish oil from water in formation by the response of C/O, and measure gamma energy spectroscopy by different detectors. To select the detector, the response simulations of NaI, GSO, BGO, CsI, LSO, BaF2, LaCl3, YAP detectors were performed with MCNP method under the condition of the reactions of water and oil induced by fast neutrons, respectively. The detection efficiency of several detectors and the contribution of photopeak pluses, the escape peak are contrasted. The detector response of C/O for water or oil in the sandstone formation are researched. The results will lay the foundation for the study of the spectrum processing method for the Pulsed Neutron Gamma Spectroscopy Logging Tools.
