摘要
对挖掘机各类负荷传感系统(LSS)进行了系统分析研究,给出了OLSS、CLSS、ELSS3种负荷传感系统数学模型、仿真曲线,并提出了3种负荷传感系统的设计思路,为设计研究提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,OLSS系统和CLSS系统都有明显的节能作用,OLSS系统稳定性好,CLSS系统敏感度强、动态响应能力好。
Systematical analysis and research on all kinds of loading sensing system (LSS) of excavator have been done, the mathematical model and artificial curves of the three kinds of load sensing systems ( OLSS, CLSS and ELSS) were offered, the characteristics and design thinking of the above-mentioned systems were put forward; and the theoretical reference for design and research were provided. The research result indicated the followings: both OLSS and CLSS system have the obvious effect on energy-saving, the stability of OLSS system is good, the sensitivity and the dynamic response ability of CLSS system is fine.
