种子精选分级装置自动控制方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 基于形态学信息并结合计算机视觉技术的精选种子实时分级装置可将种子分为4级,传感器对种子位置进行实时跟踪,快速、自动获得运动中每一粒种子的位置信息,电磁阀控制高压气流的通断达到分级目的,整个试验台的控制由可编程控制器PLC完成。试验结果表明,当传送带速度达到0.2m/s,气压为0.85MPa时,种子分级准确率可达90%以上,系统处理速度为15粒/s。 A real-time accurate grading device of seeds was designed, which consisted of materiel feeding unit, image gathering and data processing unit, accurate grading unit and control system unit. Seeds were sorted into four grades based on the morphologic information and computer vision technique. The exact place of seeds were tracked by the sensor, the open or close of high-pressure airflow was controlled by the magnetic valve, the control of the whole device was completed by a programmable logic controller. The experiments showed that when the strap velocity was about 0.2 m/s and air pressure was 0. 85 MPa, the eligible grading ratio of seeds were higher than 90%, and the velocity of processing was about fifteen granules per second.
