子宫畸形合并晚期妊娠43例结局分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨子宫畸形对晚期妊娠的影响。方法:选取我院3年来孕28周以上住院分娩病例,以合并子宫畸形43例作观察组,随机抽取正常子宫80例作对照组,对比分析胎位异常、早产、胎儿生长受限(FGR)、胎儿窘迫、产后出血发生率和对分娩的影响。结果:观察组的胎位异常、胎儿生长受限、胎儿窘迫、产后出血、早产发生率和剖宫产率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫畸形对晚期妊娠的母婴结局有诸多不利影响。
