摘要
工程建设监理制在水电工程建设中推行,对确保工程质量起到了重要作用,但是,监理管理仍是工程建设管理工作的薄弱环节。结合小湾水电站工程建设管理中的一些成功经验和存在的问题,就水电工程建设单位如何实施对监理工作的管理进行一些探索与思考,提出若干应对措施。
The introduction of construction supervision in the hydroelectric projects has played an very important role in quality control of the projects， However the supervision is still a weak point in the management of projects. This paper presents here some countermeasures and ideas about the management of supervision of construction work under taken by the project construction institutions, with reference to the experiences and problems obtained from the management of the Xiaowan hydroelectric project。
