摘要
基于盘式制动器,采用电机作为动力源,进行了线控制动系统最关键部件电制动器(EMB)的设计、试制和性能测试。阐述了EMB中各主要部件参数设计与选型方法,以及关键零部件的结构设计。针对样机进行的动态测试表明,所提出的设计集成方法是可行的,与液压制动系统相比有优良的可控性,为后续的改进设计奠定了良好基础。
Design,trial-manufacture and performance tests of electromagnetic brake,which is the critical unit of bywire brake systems,are carried out.Design of parameters and type selection of main components of EMB and structural design of key components are explained.It is shown by dynamic tests of prototype that the presented design integration method is feasible,and EMB has better controllability against hydraulic brake systems.h establishes a good foundation for further improvements
