摘要
谐波分析是电能质量分析的重要组成部分。首先论述了谐波等电能质量问题的监控、测量、分析、决策与控制的现状,在此基础上,介绍了基于解耦-补偿理论的实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序。以该实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序为核心,开发了电能质量仿真决策系统平台。应用该平台可对电网中的谐波等电能质量问题进行模拟分析,并可为系统运行分析人员提供控制与决策的依据。该平台的建立为三相电力系统谐波潮流计算从理论到实际应用的实现奠定了基础。通过对实际电网以谐波为主的电能质量问题的计算分析,证明了该系统平台具有很强的实用性。
Harmonic analysis is an important part of power quality study. Present situation about monitoring, analyzing, decision-making and controlling of power quality, especially of harmonics, is discussed. Decoupling-compensation theory based 3-phase distribution harmonic power flow method is then introduced. Centered by this method, a power quality simulation and decision-making system is developed. Power quality problems, especially harmonic problems, can be analyzed by using this platform. It can also support the spot engineers' decision and controlling. This platform lays a foundation for 3 phase harmonic power flow from theoretics to utility and is proved practical by the result of analyzing real power network power quality harmonic problems.
