摘要
分析了网络教育存在的问题及产生的原因,从管理学的角度出发,结合网络方面的技术知识,针对高校网络教育提出了一套系统规划与建设的方案。
This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the network education and the causes of their generation,and starting from the angle of the management science, and connecting with the technical knowledge of the network, puts forward a set of the schemes of planning and building university＇ s network education.
