摘要
以校园网的建设为背景,结合教育部制定的《教育资源建设技术规范(CELTS—31)》中对教学资源建设的规范和XML技术对Web教学资源进行了基于XML的规范化描述,在此基础上建立了基于XML的规范化Web教学资源库,并对教学资源库进行管理和利用,给出了基于XML的Web教学资源整合系统功能结构图和系统运行环境。
Based on the background of the construction of the campus network, and according to the regulations of the instructional resources construction and XML technology stipulated in 〈CELTS-31 〉 issued by the National Ministry of Education, this paper makes the formalized description of Web instructional resources, and based on this, sets up the formalized Web instructional resources bank, and makes management and utilization of the instructional resources, and puts forward the functional structural diagram of XML--based Web instructional resources bank and the operating environment of the system.
