This paper introduces the contents and managerial span of the financial centralized management of the enterprise group, expounds the network environment, management method, managenlent process and the knowledge level and knowledge structure of financial personnel needed by the construction of the financial centralized management of the enterprise group, probes into the application value of the financial centralized management of the enterprise group, and puts forward some matters needing attention in the earlier financial centralized management.
