介绍了循环经济的概念及本质,阐明了生态工业园是循环经济的实践模式,具有自然生态系统的特征,是按照生态学原理建设的可持续发展的地域综合体,因此加强生态工业园区的建设具有重要的现实意义。
This paper introduces the conception and the essence of the circle economy, expounds that the ecological industry garden, which is the practical mode of the circle economy, has the characters of the natural ecological system and is a territorial synthesis of the sustainable development built according to the ecological principle, and strengthening the construction of the ecological industry garden possesses important practical significance.
