摘要
通过分析网络环境下图书馆信息服务的特点,提出了更新服务观念、提高馆员信息素质、积极开展用户教育等深化信息服务工作的对策。
Through analyzing the features of library＇s information service, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for deepening the information service such as renewing the service conception, improving librarians＇ information literacy, and developing the client education, etc.
