摘要
论述了强化高校图书馆学术科研工作的意义,提出了强化学术科研工作的措施,包括增强学术科研的任务意识、成立科研管理机构、推选学科带头人、对科研成果进行适当奖励、提高课题团队协作精神等。
This paper discusses on the significance of strengthening the academic and scientific research work of university library, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the academic and scientific research work, which include strengthening the task consciousness of the academic and scientific research, establishing the scientific research management institution, selecting the leaders in their chosen field of learning, giving proper awards to the scientific research achievements, and increasing the project team＇s cooperative spirit, etc.
