摘要
就塔拉栲胶、磺化加脂剂在无铬鞣中,特别是植铝鞣的鞣制及以后工序对其所鞣革的影响作了一些研究,主要针对在工业上的应用。研究表明,塔拉栲胶鞣后的革呈土白色,Ts可以达到76℃,与铝鞣剂等其它鞣剂结合鞣后革的Ts明显提高,可以达到95℃以上。同时,鞣后的革的物理力学强度较高。适合于各种无铬鞣革的鞣制,特别是浅色甚至白色革的鞣制。另外,磺化加脂剂在无铬鞣中使用后,渗透性好,而且吸收性能好。
In this paper, it has been studied that TARA extract anct sulpnonatea fat-liquur axe used in the chrome-free process, especially vegetable-aluminium tannage in order to apply it in the tannery. The studies have shown that the leather tanned by TARA extract has light-color（be similar to white）, the Ts of the leather can arrive.76℃, and the Ts of the leather tanned by combination with aluminium tanning agent or other tanning agent increases remarkably, which can arrive over 95℃ ,the leather tanned by the way has higher physical-mechanical intensity. TARA extract is suitable to all kinds of tannage of the chrome-free leather, especially the tannage of light color and white leather. Sulphonated Fat-liquor has been used in the procedure,it has good penentration and absorbtion.
