摘要
测试了多种有机酯类化合物在不同温度下的释酸情况及对酸性染料上染速率的影响,以此为原料制备了两种释酸剂,并对其在酸性染料染色中的应用性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,采用释酸剂代替醋酸作为酸性染料染色的酸剂,可大大减缓染色初期的上染速率,提高染色的均匀性。
The acid-releasing behavior of some organic esters under different temperatures and the effects on dyeing rate of acid dyes are tested.Two acid-releasing agents are made from organic esters and their application properties in acid dyeing are also tested.The test results show that using acid-releasing agent as acidifier to substitute acetic acid in acid dyeing can dramati- cally slow down the dyeing rate in early dyeing stage and improve dyeing evenness.
