摘要
根据产业结构的理论,以逐步提高产业结构技术进步、产业结构合理化(包括产业结构对市场需求的适应度、产业结构间的协调度、产业结构的生产要素利用效率、产业结构的可持续发展能力等标准)和高度化水平为条件,以实现经济增长为目标,研究产业结构调整优化问题,建立了一个具有实践意义和可算性的产业结构调整优化模型.
The paper is based on the industrial structure theory, on condition that the industrial structure is advanced and rationalized （ the standards include the degree of industrial structure adapting to the market demand, the cooperation among all industrial structures, product factor＇s using efficiency and the continuous development ability of the industrial structure） , as well as the industrial structure is in a high level. Aimed at the economic growth, to research the problem of the industrial structure adjustment. I build up an optimized industrial structure model which has much practical implications and is computable.
