The paper elaborates the methods how to measure accurat ely the WGS-84 coordinate of the reference station and how to solve the paramete rs converted from the WGS-84 coordinate to the local coordinate so as to realize the GPS difference measurement in the mining area where the GPS is firstly used to make difference measurement.
