The paper illustrates the Resources Environmental Monitoring System in Fuxin mining area established with the integrated technique of RS with GIS,a nd highlights especially the function and technological flow sheet of the system . The establishment of the system can provide not only detailed data for environ mental hazard harness and sustained development of Fuxin mining area but also sc ientific reference for leaders when they make decisions.
