摘要
目前生长ZnO的方法有助熔剂法、水热法、气相沉积法和坩埚下降法等等,但生长出的ZnO单晶的尺寸和质量都有待于提高。
Methods for the growth of bulk zinc oxide crystals were flux, hydrothermal, vapor phase and Bridgman methods, which should be improved for the dimension and quality of crystals.
