摘要
政府形象作为一种特殊的政治资源,是现代政府建设的一个重要课题,政府形象的好坏将直接影响到政府的合法性、有效性的发挥。而目前中国政府形象在一定程度上存在着“越位”、“缺位”,“失序”、“失衡”,“低效”、“扰民”,“腐败”、“不负责”等形象危机,已严重损害了政府在公众中的形象。为此,要建构起现代式的政府与公民、政府与市场的关系,加强政府自身建设。
The Governmental Image as special political resources is an important subject of -modern government developments Whether the governmental image is good or not will be directly affecting the government＇s the legitimacy and effectiveness. But now the Chinese governmental image has crisis on a certain degrees of “beyond the position”,“out of the position”,“losing the order”.“losing the balance”,“low efficiency”,“disturbing people”,etc.which already seriously injures the government in the public inside. It will be constructed the modern type of the relation between the government and the citizen, government and market.For this for constructing the governmental image toward modernization.
