摘要
目的:报告射频消融术(RFCA)治疗快速心律失常的经验。方法:分析本院428例RFCA 患者资料,其中房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)127例,房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)261例,特发性室性心动过速(IVT)28例, 阵发性心房扑动(PAF)9例,房性心动过速(AT)3例。结果:消融总成功率96. 9%(其中AVNRT 97. 6%,AVRT 97. 4%,IVT 82. 1%,PAF 77. 8%,AT 100%),总复发率4. 6%(其中AVNRT 2. 4%,AVRT 4. 3%,IVT 17. 4%, PAF 14. 3%),并发症发生率0. 9%,无致命并发症出现。结论:RFCA 治疗快速心律失常成功率高,并发症少,是安全有效的根治方法。
Objective：To report the experience treating tachycardia by radio-frequency catheter ablation （RFCA）. Methods： The 428 data of patients with tachycardia treating by RFCA were analyzed. Among them atrial-ventricular node reentrant tachycardia （AVNRT） 127 was cases, atrial-ventricular reentrant tachycardia （AVRT） was 261 cases, idiopathic ventricular tachycardia （IVT） was 28 cases, paroxysmal atrial flutter （PAF） was 9 cases, and atrial tachycardia（AT） was 3 cases. Results：The total successful rate of treating tachycardia by RFCA was 96.9 %. By each sub-group,the successful rate was 97.6% for AVNRT, 97.4% for AVRT, 82. 1% for IVT, 77.8% for PAF, 100% for AT.The total recurrence rate was 4.6%. For each sub-group, the recurrence rate was 2.4% for AVNRT, 4.3% for AVRT, 17.4% for IVT, 14.3% for PAF. The complication rate was 0.9%, no fatal complication appeared. Conclusion： There are high successful rate, less complications for treating the taehyeardia by radio-frequency catheter ablation.
