摘要
目的:了解佛山市城乡居民口腔医疗需求的情况。方法:按年龄阶段分五个组,设计口腔医疗需求调查表,由被调查者自填,其中“四病“由口腔专科医生检查核实。结果:居民认为就诊方便72.7%,有必要在社区增设口腔门诊77.4%,选择医院就诊84.7%,选择专家号70.8%,选择夜诊24.9%,对医疗质量满意67.9%,收费的合理53.0%,每年洁牙6.2%,每年检查口腔17.1%,龋病57.1%,牙周病35.1%,牙齿缺失27.5%,牙颌畸形(需矫治)29.9%。结论:佛山市口腔疾病防治工作需进一步加强,口腔医疗机构的设置布局面向社区和居民点,质量管理应改革和提高,收费应更加合理。
Object： to understand oral service demand in urban and rural area of Foshan City. Methods： responsers answered questionnaires about oral service demand according with 5 age groups. Oral physicitioners check four diseases of the questionnaires.Result： 72.7% responsers hope more convenient services. 77.4% believe that it is necessary to establish oral department for outpatient services. 84.7% hope selecting hospitals. 7.08% would select senior specialists and 57.1% would go to hospital in the evening. Satisfaction rate of medical quality is 67.9% and that of service cost is 53.0%. There are 6.2% responsers making cleaning yearly and 17.1% checking oral health. There are 57.1% decayed tooth, 35.1% tooth-around disease, 27.5% tooth absence and 29.9% tooth deformation. Conclusion： The oral services in Foshan City should be developed. The distribution of oral services should local in community. Medical quality should be improved and cost should be reasonable.
