摘要
水库放水，库水降速过快，降幅过大，是导致土坝上游坡发生严重滑坍事故的一个主要因素．本文简介省内此类事例，从中探索“共性”，提出建议．
Reservoir drainage, the headwater's rate of down all too quickly , cutback all too big, result often in producing the grave accident of the earthfilldam's upstream face sliding.This text simple introduce the type of case in outprovince, so that probe“the similarity” and offer proposals.
