摘要
运用非平衡态热力学超嫡产生理论和微生物生长动力学理论,以细胞、培养基和产物为参量,讨论了微生物生长的超熵产生及稳定性判据．理论分析与实验计算结果基本一致．
Abstract:Using theory of the excess entropic production and dynamics of microrganism growth,we discuss the stability criterion for microrganism growth. Theoretical analysis is basically in agreement with the experimental results.
