核因子-κB在急性胰腺炎治疗中的意义 被引量：1

摘要 急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）是常见的急腹症之一。近年大量的研究证实，AP局部、全身炎症反应与肿瘤坏因子-α（TNF—α）、白细胞介素-1β（IL—1β）等多种细胞因子有关，而核因子-kB（nuclear factor—kappa B，NF—kB）在其基因表达上起着关键作用。NF—kB是一种具有基因转录调节作用的核蛋白，调控多种细胞因子的表达。因此，研究如何抑制NF—kB的活化，减少促炎基因的表达，从而减轻组织损伤和炎症反应，在AP治疗上有着重要意义。
