摘要
对于牵引电动机采用抱轴式悬挂的机车,电动机吊杆与构架间的连接方式对机车的运行稳定性有着极大的影响。在一采用GM径向转向架机车模型的基础上,通过对不同的电动机吊杆结构的分析,得出其对机车非线性临界速度的影响,进而指出这是由于轮对的横向定位刚度的不同所导致的。还指出在学习国外先进技术的时候要注意整体和系统的结合,不能只看其部分,否则将得不到理想的结果。
The connection methods between the suspender and bogie frame have much effect on the riding stability of locomotive.In this paper,on the basis of a kind of locomotive with GM radial bogies,through the analysis of different kind of suspender structures,the effect was educed of connection method on the nonlinear critical speed of the locomotive,and it is pointed out that the reason for this is the difference of the lateral orientation stiffness of the wheelset.It is also pointed out that,in the course of learning foreign advanced technology,we must pay attention to integrity of system,and should not take a one-sided approach to problems.
