摘要
给出了8种蔬菜中的18种微量元素的分析结果,表明人从天然食物中摄取微量元素比从化合物药品中获得更理想。
Data of eighteen microelements were given in eight vegetables. Human absorbed microelements from the natural foods would be much better than from chemical compounds,and the poisoning effect would be much less in vegetables than in other foods.
