摘要
为了建立物体的整体三维模型,在一般线结构光三维视觉系统结构的基础上,提出了一种三维视觉扫描方式———被动模式。这种模式是基于摄像机不动,使物体旋转,实现对物体的全方位扫描,解决了物体三维模型周视扫描的问题。给出了物体旋转轴心坐标的标定方法和物体的三维重建过程。
In order to reconstruct an object' s whole 3-D modeh a new scanning mode in the line structured light 3-D vision system based on the general structure was instructed. It was the passive scanning mode that the camera and line structured light were fixed, and the object rotated on the work plan's axis. After the object rotated a round, the line structured light scanned all the surface of this object, and the 3-D vision system gotten whole dimensional infofmation of the object surface. Compared with the general scanning mode, it can measure entirely 3-D information more easily and directly. To get the relationship between the rotated plan and the camera, a simple and useful method are designed.
