摘要
经颧颞入路，截断颧弓．磨去颅中窝底外侧、外耳道上壁、部分岩骨，低位颞下入路切除上斜坡、岩斜部、颅中窝底肿瘤6例。暴露满意，颞叶牵拉伤少，脑干、颅神经、下丘脑能妥然保护。提高了疗效。
Six patients with petrosal clival or middle fossa base tumors were operated upon through transzygo-matic subtemporal approaches.The zygomatic arch was translocated,the base of lateral middle cranial fossa was exposed,the upper wall of external auditory canal and part of petrosa were removecl with microdrill so that the re-tract injury of temporal lobe is minimal. And the brainstem. cranial nerves and hypothalamus are well protected with excellent exposure of the tumors via subtemporal route.Surgical results of these patients were good.The op-erative approaches and brain retract injury are discussed.
