摘要
本文报道了我国栽培及野生菇类上的寄生真菌,1个新变种:紫聚伞霉星梗变种Sibirina purpurec var. asterophora, J. D.Chen, 8个新记录,其中1个新组合:星梗聚伞霉Sibirina astrophorea(de Hoog)J.D.Chen)。它们都是轮枝菌近似属。有4个是我国罕见属、种。对它们的培养性状、形态特征分别作详细描述,并列出寄主名称、分布地区、附图及照片。
Eight species and a new variety belonged to 5 genera have been isolated from cultivated and wild mushrooms for the first time (new records) in China. They are all Verticillium-like fungi. One of them is a new combination. Their morphological characters are described in detail, photographs and figures for each one and Latin diagnosis for the new variety are given.
In this paper, the names of the pathogens of mushroom soft rot (cobweb) are briefly discussed. The cultural characters of all the strains we obtained are similar to Cladobotryum dendroides (syn. Dactylium dendroides) as described in literatures, but the conidia of which are formed sympodially, usually 3—4 celled, while the conidial morphology of our strains are very similar to Sibirina purpurea (Gray & Morgan-Jones, 1980). Therefore we identified the Chinese mushrooms soft rot fungus as S. purpurea.
Among the 9 fungi, Cladobotryum apiculatum, Pseudohansfordia mycophila, Sibirina asterophora and S. purpurea var. asterophora are obtained only once, they are rare in China.
