纳米炭黑的制备及对聚酯纤维的染色研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用蜡烛燃烧法自制粒度细小、分布均匀的纳米炭黑,并以喷雾法对其实施表面改性,从而获得的分散稳定性良好的纳米炭黑水溶液分散体系。试验结果表明:纳米炭黑分散体系对经过改性剂EP处理的聚酯纤维具有较高的上染性,且与分散染料有较好的染色相容性。此外,纳米炭黑染色织物抗紫外性和抗静电性均有明显提高。 Small diameter and uniform distributed nano carbon black was prepared via candle burning, nano carbon black water dispersoid with favorable stability was available by surface modification of carbon black with spraying process. The dyeing properties of carbon black water dispersoid and the compatibility between nano carbon black and disperse dye on polyester fiber were discussed. The results showed that nano carbon black dispersoid had high dye-uptake on polyester fiber modified by reagent EP in advance and good compatibility with disperse dye. Moreover, the antistatic property and ultraviolet resistant property were improved largely for the polyester fiber dyed with nano carbon black.
