摘要
目的:观察冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗(微卡)治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)中的有效性和安全性。方法:CHB60例分成2组。治疗组:33例,主要用药为母牛分枝杆菌菌苗(微卡)+乙肝疫苗+双嘧达莫。对照组:27例,常规保肝治疗,主要用药为肌苷+葡糖醛酸+维生素C。6个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组HBV-DNA、HBeAg阴转12例(36.36%),无不良反应。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:冻干治疗用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗CHB安全有效,无不良反应。
Objective ： To observe the effect and safety of the freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for therapy （ Vaccae ） in treating the CHB（ chronic hepatitis B） . Method： 60 cases of CHB were divided into two groups. In the treatment group with 33 cases, the major medicines were freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for the rapy, HBB and dipyridamole. In thecontrol group with 27 cases, a regular treatment was offered to protect the liver. The major medicines are glucurone, inosinum and vitamin C. One treatment course was 6 months. Result： In the treatment group, HBV-DNA and HBeAg of 12 cases （36.36% ） improved without ADR（ Adverse Drug Reaction） curative effects. The difference of the two groups obvious （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Treating CHB with the freeze - dried M. vaccae vaccine for therapy is safe and effective without any ADR.
